I just got one of these today, but cannot get it to work. The
instructions online are for 8.10, and assume that I have a Windows
operating system with a connection to the internet. I do not have
Windows on my Acer netbook, and the dual boot at home is without
another internet connect. Is there anywhere to actually download a
Linux driver for this device, meaning a place that doesn't require
membership The company web site doesn't even offer drivers under
support.

Anybody got one of these puppies working without doing anything
Windows-related? My alternative is to waste more time going back to
the Rogers store and switching to the portable modem, which should
work properly.
