Portable Ogg Player

The Archos 5 plays ogg, runs Linux, but is quite locked down. It does
have the wifi and video features though so perhaps not your cup of tea.
But if you have a large collection, they're the best game in town
(IMHO). Mounts as USB device in Linux too.
I don't have an Archos 3 but I imagine it suits your needs a little
better than the 5 does.
