no sound

Hello, it's me again, with another problem. I have no sound on mail attachements when they are in PPS. I use Ubuntu 9.04 and the attachements are opened with Open office.org 3. This used to work for all types of attachements, but now pps does not work. They are opened fine when I use Vista. I have done no changes to the system, as far as I know. So, again, I need your help, sorry, but I dont know what is going on.  Thanks,   Ray
