Upgrades sometimes flawed

definetely been there in my wanderings...try:
sudo gedit /etc/fstab

(fstab isnt a directory, its a list of objects for Ubuntu to mount, just a
text file)

remind me not to post using the fricking Eee keyboard next time....that was
bad, for just one line....
