best OS backoffice (was Converting a non-profit)

Forking thread again.

WRT meeting business needs with OS solutions. I am wondering what
peoples opinions are of the various enterprise servers that have
appeared recently in the OS world.

There is OpenExchange, OpenGroupware, Groupwise (not open, but does run
on linux), Zarafa (which seams to be exchange compatible and now offers
Blackberry server integration.), others????

Has anybody used any of these? It sort of goes without saying that any
business solutions will have to include one of these in the server room.
