evolution mail

 Hi, I have tried several times to create an Evolution mail account with no success, why is it so difficult to do?? I feel it would go very well with ubuntu 9.04, faster than my current hotmail. Most of the questions asked to create the account are like mandarin to me. Am I the only one with this problem ?   Ray
