English Russian Translation Program for Ubuntu?

Hi:

Is there an English to Russian Translation Program? Someone here wants to send Emails to some Relatives, Written in English, and have the Program Translate it to Russian.
Then on Reply have the Program translate the Russian to English? I know there are Translators on some Search Engines, but don't know of any for Ubuntu.
Any Leads on what that program might be called.
