arror keys mapped to screen shot

I have started to upgrade my unstable machines to intrepid.

When using konsole, the arrow keys are mapped to screen capture. 
Instead I need to use the keypad arrow keys inside konsole. 

This is horrible. How do I disable horrible key mapping?

If I was first time user this would be almost enough to drive me away. Commonly used keys should never be remapped.
