Synaptic

Hi Laurie,

I added the Medibuntu repositories to my installation to see if I
could duplicate your problem. I'm getting a very different error. The
error I'm getting is:

W: GPG error: http://packages.medibuntu.org hardy Release: The
following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is
not available: NO_PUBKEY 2EBC26B60C5A2783

I think I can solve this by installing the key from the link you used.

The file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list has only one line. In
my file it reads:

deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ hardy free non-free

Andrew.
