That's interesting.  Is it necessary to add this to that script, which runs
on every boot?  Couldn't you just chown one time?

Thanks for the ideas everyone.  I hadn't looked at Big Box - neat that they
can deal out of OTA on College - I used to browse there when I was at UofT -
dealing with someone local would be nice.  Hadn't looked at system76 for a
long time - their website is much better now - pretty gutsy or impressive
shipping Hardy already - would I be paying duty if buying from them?
