DreamHost & GPG

So I have my new Nokia N810 and, to my dismay, the GnuPG binary it ships
with is so stripped down, it's borderline useless. The Claws Mail client
doesn't have a GnuPG plugin available for the Maemo port either. As a
last resort, my only means of secure email would be to login to my
DreamHost server via ssh and use Mutt email client from on the server
from my Nokia. I would have to import my private key onto the server and
there are different schools of thought as to whether we can "trust" the
mail servers. In the case of DreamHost, what are everyone's thoughts?
