Steven,

I just want to bring to your attention our "answer tracker" on launchpad...
Many people report problems like this every day and by posting it on our
answer tracker it can be watched by the Ubuntu community and possibly turned
into a bug if there is a software problem that needs to be fixed.

You can also get help through this list, but you might be waiting for a
reply for a little while.

Our answer tracker is available at: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu then click
on "Ask a question"... You will have to register in order to post to the
board.
