Hardy repositories

IF you are looking to get a "copy" of the hardy repo, the best thing to
do is do an rsync of the hardy repository and whatever else you want to do.

the best option is to probably do rsync.  follow the instructions in the
rsyncmirror faq and it will take a couple of days to get the mirror
synched up.
