In response to your earlier comment about this, yes, with this service
you will just get an annoying email once a month and you have to login
to your account to keep it active.

There are various ways to do this automatically so you don't get these
annoying emails.  Your router may have a "dynamic dns update" feature
that might do it for you, or you can download a small program that
runs on your computer to do it.

Or, like me, you can just follow the link in the email every month.
