PHP, Apache and Desktop program links opening as text?

Looks like volksman is right geo.
Your DocumentRoot is changed so nothing in /var/www is accessible. I
would suggest changing the DocumentRoot back to /var/www and then when
you want to access Joomla! you have to add the directory name. In your
case, http://georutkay.homelinux.org/joomla.
