I was about to say it could be a URL_Rewrite issue, but looking at the
source code leave me to believe it's not Joomla or url_rewrite.
there is something wrong with Apache, I can't tell why but I'm pretty
sure that this error page is Apache generated.
And don't worry, if joomla works, php works too ;)

note: URL rewrite is something fancy that makes cute URL by transforming
something like: http://example.com/showpost.php?post=ABlogPost into
http://example.com/article/ABlogPost
