I'd like to see the "Welcome To Ubuntu Canada" story on ubuntu-ca.org
un-stickied.  With the two stickied stories on the front page, it blocks
easily viewing new stories unless your browser is maximized (or you have
a lot more real estate than I do and keep your window larger
accordingly).  The "Getting Your Local News Here!" story is good to keep
there until there's a sidebar or...top bar?  header? link for it.

Any objections?
