Hi Patrick:

Yesterday evening I download a Incorporation Kit, took a look at that.
Then downloaded the Forms that are used to do the incorporating. More
than 1/2 of them were PDF Files that were corrupted, that could not be
viewed. Then I had a look at information regarding E-business, because
that was what I wanted to do. If I incorporated just for Ontario, then
I'm not allowed to do business outside of Ontario, so the question
arises, What do you need to do, to do business all over the world? on an
E business. Electronic Filing costs 200.00 but then there is the NUANS
fee, about $40.00, then there seem to be other fees too, driving the
price up and up. Some of these low priced Help outfits pushed the price
up towards $800.00 for the full Incorporation. I read through that there
can be one Director - ME. I'm just trying to get a feel for what is
needed, so that next week I'd be ready to do it!
