Agreed, Bob, but I think time is running out.

Perhaps it'd be better to skip over a "Release" party, and plan a more
complete function for a little further off.

Yes, only two or three days notice would be pushing it for presenters. It'd
be better to give them the appropriate time to produce quality presentations
than to force them to do too much, too soon.
