What are the download speeds like out there?

   For the past few months, I have had nothing but disasters and 
   finally got 7.04 working.

   To save another disaster, I thought the best way was just to do
   an update through the update manager which didn't work.
  
   It seems, your mirror in Russia, would be the way to go.
