Congratulations on surviving Windows tech support for that many hours. I
salute you! Does your health coverage include hair replacement, by any
chance?  After lengthy exposure to AOL while under siege in call center
bunker, I am thinking of starting a class-action suit for PTSD, hair loss,
not to mention the repair of forehead-sized dents in my monitor...

I'm sure I don't have to explain the dangers of an unexploded Internet
Explorer Device (IED), do I?
