Welcome! It is very cool to see new people about. Is there anything I
can do for you to help you get going?

I have one minor concern, and I went through this with the Ubuntu
Toronto people as well: lack of people. To put it quite simply,
#ubuntu-ca is already pretty quiet and splitting up that traffic is
generally a bad idea. For this reason #ubuntu-toronto redirects to
-ca.
