? GONE AWOL

Somehow or other my ? help icon has gone missing from my panel.  If I 
right click on the panel and then click on the ?, I bring up the Desktop 
User Guide. How do I load this on to the panel.  Better still, how do I 
revert to the old ? help screen available from the panel?  Thanks.  Maurice

PS If I do a reboot, a ? appears on the panel, but clicking on it leads 
nowhere fast.  All the selections cannot be found. Hmm :-(
