Yahoo! does not provide voice chat for Linux users, they could not be bothered.

The voice and video application on Linux is Ekiga. You will need to
setup an account on ekiga.net or another SIP provider along with
anyone you want to chat with.

Windows users can use Windows Messenger (not MSN messenger, which is a
different program) or install X-lite as a SIP client.
