https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Webcam lists an application called
EasyCam that should build and install the latest drivers for you. If
EasyCam does not recognize the Fusion, then you are advised to trade
it in. Logitech is not known to be very friendly with software libre.

Ubuntu comes with everything needed to use HP multipurpose devices.
