Webcam: Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000

Hi,

I'm trying to install my Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000 ... no success.
If I go in Gnome Device Manager a I can clearly see the informations
about the Webcam. (by the way it's a usb camera).


When I try to start camorama I get the following error message.
"Could not connect to video device (/dev/video0)
Please check connection."

I guess I have to install some drivers for it , but which one?
If you have any idea or suggestion please let me know.
