Personally, I use the following:

FTP client: gftp
FTP server: vsftpd
HTML editor: GEdit
Jukebox: Not sure quite what you were looking for here, but for just
listening to music I use Rhythmbox most.

Other things I can recommend:
Nautilus is also fine for ftp, as Charlotte said.
Banshee and Quod Libet are worth a look as music players.
Nvu was good for HTML editing, but as of Feisty will no longer be
maintained.  Still in Breezy/Dapper/Edgy.
