recommends needed for softwares/packages

Radio Shack replaced one of those cheap mp3 players with an RCA unit and
it just plugged in and worked like a USB memory stick.... Surprised at
your troubles just the same. My daughter's old thinkpad and Windows
couldn't deal with any of them !
