Found a system in states that costs approx. $900.Does everything,but a little costly.Will search your suggestions.

I haven't tried this myself, but I've heard of GSpy and ZoneMinder. If
you Google them both, I'm sure you'll find them. I sort of remember
seeing an "ask slashdot" article on this a couple years ago, so you
might want to search slashdot as well.
