Scanner

I have an Epson Perfection 2450 Photo usb scanner. It only works if I hook
it up to a USB v1.1 hub. Others have found that doing:
sudo modprobe -r ehci_hcd
works for them. Since I have a usb hard drive using ehci_hcd, that is not an
option for me.
