Encryption options and suggestions or installed Dapper

Last week I thought I had lost my thumbdrive.  When I found it again I was so happy I immediately 
encrypted it with TrueCrypt, running in Portable mode right off the stick itself.  Wonderful 
software, easy to use, (almost) completely unobtrusive.

Now that I've taken steps to protect the data in case I ever lose it again, I'll never lose it 
again.
