Encryption options and suggestions or installed Dapper

I've used TrueCrypt (http://www.truecrypt.org/) in the past. It allows you
to encrypt a whole driver or you can allocate a certain amount of data to a
"file" and encrypt that. I haven't used it on any memory sticks but there
might be documentation on the site about it.
