how to get libdvdcss and w32codecs through apt

Which entries should I add to /etc/apt/sources.list to get the mplayer
componenets (and to get mplayer source)?
Furthermore, how do you force apt to use the other repository?
I don't want to use sarge/etch/sid repository unless needed
(debian-multimedia.org is only compatible with sarge, etch, or sid)
Is it OK to get the non-US packages (and mplayer ;-) ) from the
(sarge/etch/sid) repository and which repository is compatible with
kubuntu 6.06?
