link for the Ubuntu-Inuktitut project

For the benefits of the newer people on this list, a long time ago (tm)
some members of the Canadian loco team had come up with the Ubuntu
Inuktitut project as a very Canadian project for the team to do:

Since then it sort of died down (similar to every other thing this group
wanted to do a few months ago; but that's another story...)

But there was a post today on ubuntu-devel today that linked to a web
site with all sort of info about various less-known languages in the
world, including Inuktituk:

That web site brought back to my mind memories that nearly-forgotten and
somewhat crazy project :)
