Windows Startup Problem

Gooday!
I am having a problem in booting into Windows!
1)At startup I see the following:

Gnu Grub Version 0.9g
Ubuntu Kernel 2.10-5.386
Ubuntu Kernel 10,6 10-5486 Recovery mode
Ubuntu Kernel mantest 86t
Other Operating Systems
Windows NT/2000/XP (Loader)
press enter to boot

2) If I press enter this takes me into Windows safe mode & I cant get
into Windows normal mode.
3) Until 3 days ago, after selecting the Loader, one was able to select
W2K & this opened Windows normally.
I am not aware of any Windows problem.
What can I do to correct this situation?
