Ubuntu in Canadian Libraries

Hello,

I am proposing myself to lead a new initiative in the MarketingTeam as I
haven't found any previous references to this, although it was discussed
at UBZ Love Day. I'd like the Canadian Team to be the first team to have
Ubuntu available in libraries and become some kind of a model for other
similar local initiatives. I would be working on this for Quebec
province.  I've drafted my first thoughts here:
