Nw IRC logger for LoCo channels

Matthias Urlichs has now put online a new IRC log bot for the various IRC 
channels of Ubuntu LoCo teams.

So all the logs of the #ubuntu-ca channel are now available here, archived by 
channel and date:

http://ubuntu-de.org/logs/freenode/



For example  today's logs for our channel are:
http://ubuntu-de.org/logs/freenode/2005/06/17/%23ubuntu-ca.log
or
http://ubuntu-de.org/logs/freenode/2005/06/17/%23ubuntu-ca.log.html



Also he has offered to archive on his server our old IRC logs if we want.  Not 
sure how complete they are, or if it's worth the effort.
