As for dates, i suggest we stop stalling. The 2 May is limit for posing 
candidature, the 9 is limit for voting. Right now, i do think we need a 
leader, even just in name: this way things can get organized and 
decision making is greatly impaired by the lack of approved leadership

That being said, keep in mind we are a community, not a military group, 
and therefore, leader is needed for unity and direction, not for 
control, i expect candidates are aware they are not running for power :)
