[Alex Combas]

Hello folks,
Looks like our wiki needed to be cleaned up, so I did so.
Take a look at my minor changes

I really like the idea of CanadianTeamInitiatives, however at the
moment it looks
a little blaahh.. 

What I think we should do, is "lock" the main page CanadianTeam and
start to use CanadianTeamInitiatives as the main branch of our community wiki.
How does that sound?
