[Bug 1880385] [NEW] vcdimager plug-in can't be enabled.

Public bug reported:

I have installed the latest version of vcdimager on my Ubuntu 20.04
system.

when I try to enable it in brasero, it cant be enabled. It says that
"the version of vcdimager is too old", even when its the latest.
