This will happen when we upload the rest of applications 17.04 -
hopefully reasonably soon.

I would point out  that the changes in the 17.04 branch and so 17.04.1
and 17.04.2 are very small - mostly just a few translation changes:

so I don't know exactly what you are keen to see changed, but maybe
these new bumped versions do not provide that.
