[Bug 1650884] [NEW] optical drive doesn't read DVDs while reads CDs

Public bug reported:

I have Ubuntu 16.04 installed on Lenovo Z series laptop. There is
Matshita optical drive in there nad it doesn't read DVDs while reads
CDs.


I have installed all needed codec like libdvdnav4, libdvdread4, gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad, gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly and libdvd-pkg. I didn't help.


All needed information in attached log files.
