[Bug 1428262] [NEW] K3B doesn't honour the umask when creating new files

Public bug reported:

My user has the umask set to 0077 in order to deny any access to group and others.
When I saved my last k3b project (an audio project), the saved file showed 664 permissions.
This is clearly a bug.
