after a new try to cdrdao the output was:

$: sudo cdrdao blank --device /dev/sr0

Cdrdao version 1.2.3 - (C) Andreas Mueller <andreas at daneb.de>
/dev/sr0: Slimtype DVD A  DS8A4SH	Rev: CA11
Using driver: Generic SCSI-3/MMC - Version 2.0 (options 0x0000)

Blanking disk...
ERROR: Cannot erase CD-RW.
ERROR: Blanking failed.

after that, ubuntu recognizes my CD-RE and I can burn it with brasero
