Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 12.04, Brasero fails to eject the disk after burning (tested
with a CD-R and a CD-RW), however it can be ejected manually, e.g. with
"eject" from within a terminal. Also, when it requests to insert the
next disk to burn another copy, it fails to detect it upon insertion.
Brasero needs to be restarted for it to be detected.
