Public bug reported:
Ubuntu Gnome - 14.04 dev release - 20131218.
Brasero writes slow when 'Maximum Speed' set for DVD disc.
When set to wrtie a DVD at 'Maximum Speed' (default) my LG SATA writer
writes at less than 2.0x. If write is set to 8.0x or 16.0x the write
speed is as expeted based on the quality of media being used.
