Checking the dependencies I noticed:

Depends: libc6 (>= 2.4) but 2.15-0ubuntu10 is to be installed

It seems that the i386 dependency has somehow got ahead of itself. The
current libc6 version in Precise is 2.15 but k3b is wanting >= 2.4. The
amd64 depend is  correctly asking for libc6 >= 2.14.
