[Bug 999276] [NEW] progress window: text shortened and idle time added

Public bug reported:

Two small things in the "progress window" when burning a CD/DVD:

1. The text showing elapsed and remaining time is truncated so the
remaining time is not visible.

2. K3B counts idle time (waiting for media), which is misleading.
