Public bug reported:

Upgraded my netbook from Kubuntu 12.04 to 12.10 and noticed that k3b had
been installed which I don't need as it doesn't have an optical drive,
but when I run apt-get remove k3b, it wants to remove the package
language-pack-kde-en:

sudo apt-get -s purge k3b
