Reading more carefully bug report I have seen this one https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brasero/+bug/780117 which explains that:
"
This problem only exists when burning On-The-Fly. Burning ISO Images or automatic creation of ISO Images before burning works without problems.
"
This is the point! I try to first create an image and then burn it to the DVD and it works as expected. The there is really a software issue with direct burning of DVD.
